Your annual subscription is based on the number of active drivers in your account. 1-20 drivers is free forever. 21-50 drivers is $2,500/year, 51-100 drivers is $5,000/year, and 101+ drivers is $7,500/year. You can add or remove drivers at any time, and your subscription adjusts at the next billing cycle.
The 90-day trial includes full platform access with unlimited records and all features. No annual fee during the trial period. You'll only pay the per-record fee ($1) and collection fee (3.5%) on any demurrage you actually collect. No credit card required to start.
Each demurrage record generated costs $1. When a customer approves and pays a record, there's a 3.5% collection fee on the demurrage amount. This fee is waived if the customer disputes and denies the record—you only pay when you get paid.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for enterprise accounts. Demurrage payments from customers to carriers are processed securely through Stripe.
Your plan automatically adjusts based on your active driver count. If you need to add drivers mid-cycle, we'll pro-rate the difference. If you reduce drivers, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
