Demurly uses geofencing to automatically detect when a driver arrives at and departs from a terminal. GPS coordinates are captured throughout the visit, creating a complete breadcrumb trail that both parties can review.
Drivers receive reminders, and carriers can manually close records from the admin portal. The system flags records that may need attention, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Yes. Carriers can configure custom demurrage rates, free time allowances, and rate tiers for each customer. Calculations are automatic based on the agreed terms.
When a customer disputes a record, they select a reason code and can attach supporting documents. The carrier is notified immediately and can respond with additional evidence. Most disputes are resolved within 24-48 hours.
