About the Role
Help our carrier and customer organizations get the most out of Demurly. You'll be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring they achieve their goals with our platform.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and drive product adoption
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
- Create training materials and best practices documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar role
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, trucking, or supply chain
- Knowledge of demurrage and detention
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
